Sign Up
Click on “Sign up” on the bar at the top of your screen. You will be redirected to the sign up page.
Provide Your Information
Fill out the required fields. To finish your registration, click on “Create new account” and then you should see a message that your account is pending approval by the site administrator, as in the screenshot below.
Await Approval
Your profile information will then be sent to the administrator for approval (this process may take a couple of business days). You should receive an email like the one below (check your spam or junk folder) confirming that your application for an account has been sent to the site administrator.
Account Approval
Once the administrator has approved your account, you will receive a second email with a unique link to login to the online platform (see screenshot below).
Login
The unique link in the confirmation email will take you to a login page, as in the screenshot below.
Set Your Password
Once you click "Log In," you’ll be directed to a page where you can set your password.
Update Your Profile
After you set your password, you will then be able to login to the site. You'll first be directed to your profile page where you can add a photo and some more information about yourself.
Configure Account Settings
After setting your password, you can configure your account settings. To do so, just scroll down the page. Specifically, you can change the settings for

Email notifications;
-
Privacy settings;
-
Timezone (locale) settings.
Once you've adjusted the settings to your needs, click on “save” to finish the process.

Congrats, you’ve successfully created a Transforming Children’s Care account! Now you can join groups, register for events, access resources, and connect with other members of the community.
If you’d prefer to see all the content of the website in a language other than English, choose a different language from the options at the top of the page.
Troubleshooting
If you experience any issues with logging in, click on the “Forgot password?” link on the login page.
Once you click on that link, you can generate a link to reset your password and access the site.
You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password, as in the screenshot below.
